Refusing to refund money for stock they did not have.

I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter. They informed me they have no stock. Now they refuse to refund me. It’s been a month. No one picks up their phone. No one replies to their emails. The whole experience is horrifying. The item was over 6000 rand.
