REFUND ME NOW !!

Absolutely disgusting lack of service. I placed an order last year 4th October 2021 order number *** . The item was out of stock..I received an email to say delivery will be in week commencing 1st November 2021 ..wasnt received ..I asked for refund..I have had a chain of emails..requesting order number, my banking details..just anything to delay the process. I have supp**** these including the latest email today 13th October 2022 . How can this company be operating as I can see from reviews that this seems to be a very common problem. REFUND ME NOW !!!
