Poor Service

I ordered 1 item from Karibaa on the 6th of February 2023. After some no answer emails I get an email stating their terms of delivery. Delivery will be in 25-30 working days. It is working day 37 and still no estimate on delivery or a descend response. They don't answer their telephone. They only reply with terms of delivery on some emails. I am getting worried because my purchase was an expensive one. I will not buy from them again
