Poor service

Ordered a Switzerland map 11/4/2023. They rep**** by e Mail will be available week 8/5/2023. I followed with a e Mail request 12/5/2023 to *** they rep**** will have an answer within 48 hours. On 15/5/2023 I called there number for support ***, the reply is I am 1st in line, after 6 minutes phone cut-off, I repeated now 11 times and still no reply. Their phone number on Website 011- *** does not exist. There street address according to there website Old Pretoria Road, Midrand does not carry a street number?
