poor customer service

Placed 3 orders on 9th,11th and 12th of July and haven't received any of my orders. Cannot get hold on the phones for my queries, no joy with their message system on their site either. Can't even request my money back since i haven't received my orders or a notification with tracking details for that matter. First and last time to order from this company. Very disappointing and disturbing
