Pathetic service

Hello

I purchased an item on the 04/08/2020. I was told that it will be dispatched in the week of 17th-24th August 2020. Unfortunately for me, I haven’t received my item yet and I still haven’t been provided with a definite ETA.

This is my first purchase from them and I am appalled at the service.
