PATHETIC!

PATHETIC! I ordered 6 days ago, and have received no feedback yet about the status of my order. Each time I ask, they say that they will email me on the ETA of my order. It's like talking to a brick wall! I will NEVER AGAIN order from Karibaa. They don't deserve to be trading with this pathetic service.

Please note that the part refund of R400.00 was successfully processed to your account for the out of stock item, while the other will be delivered in the week of 5TH OCTOBER 2020.

Jonnie, this is now 9 days after the date you promised delivery. Still, I think your service is pathetic. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
