Order 6402 cancelled but still not refunded after 2 months and after several requests

I placed order number 6402 on 16 March 2023 for a medical book for my daughter and paid immediately and send through the proof of payment as required.

I then noticed that it was a pre-owned book and requested the order te be cancelled and that I want to be refunded, this was still on 16 March 2023.

I did not receive any feedback but did notice that the order was cancelled, trying to phone was also in vain.

On 24 March I send another email requesting the refund and received a reply on 27 March that the request has been forwarded to Finance and it will take 10-14 days.

On 20 April I still did not receive any money , so I emailed them again. They rep**** indicating that they are aware of the backlog and have asked Finance again to give priority to the refund, as it is outside of the agreed timeline.

I then rep**** with the request for them to phone me - this did not happen.

To date, 2 May 2023, I still have not received my refund.

May I ask what you are doing with my money and when will I be refunded? And will you please phone me?
