Online ordering

I have ordered a gym equipment from Karibaa online and paid for it. I then got an email that said it is out of stock even though their website is still advertising it as of today. They offered me an alternative equipment and i accepted offer. Seven days later i get the same email that original equipment is out of stock and they can offer me an alternative. The cell number on their email is not going through.
