I ordered a product on the 17 January 2023 and by today 03 April 2023 still received nothing. Every-time I contact them, they respond with: It will be dispatched on Monday? After numerous attempts to resolve telephonically, they just stopped answering calls. After I send numerous emails they offered my money back, its been 3 weeks now, without any refund forthcoming. I will never use them again and surely won't advise anybody to do so, chances are you will lose your money.
