NO SIGN OF REFUNDS
I REQUESTED A REFUND 2 DAYS AGO FOR MY ORDERS, THE AMOUNTS HAVE NOT REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY.

Since you paid via Payfast they will process your refund. We have advised them to refund you already. Please note their turnaround time is 5-7 working days. Please be assured that you will definitely receive your funds back and there is no need for taking any legal actions.
