no delivery in 3 months,very unhappy

I ordered some tablets on Karibaa on 20 October 2021. Until today I have not received them. I emailed in December and I got a response that did not solve my issue. if you try to call them, the call eventually cuts before anyone has answered. Judging by the reviews I am finding here and that the Business does not bother to respond, I realise I made a mistake to order from them. I should have checked Hello Peter first
