Never order from Karibaa.com

I ordered a bird feeder and paid immediately. After a few days I received an email stating there is no stock and I should let them know If I want a refund. I immediately sent back that they must refund me. It is now several days later, still no refund. I tried to phone them 10 times already and no one answers the phone. I have sent several emails as well asking when my refund will be done. Nobody is replying. It is totally unexpectable. I will never order from them again.
