Missing Karibaa refund

I placed and paid for an order (#***) which was confirmed by Karibaa on June 19th 2022. Following many e-mails requesting an update on the delivery they offered a refund. On 14th October 2022 a refund was promised, but after many requests no sign of the refund. I send updated requests weekly, but they are being ignored.
