I have waited over 6 days for my 2 refunds, and it has not been done. EXPECT TO HEAR FROM A LAWYER, I AM NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

We instructed Payfast to issue your refund last week as advised they take 5-7 working days to process refunds. When you made payment you didn’t make it it directly to Karibaa but to Payfast. I will follow up with them today and find out how soon they can process the funds.

13 Apr 2020, 12:17It is PAST 7 days now. I don’t believe you processed the refund going by other reviews that say they never got their money back. You need to come up with a damn good reason quickly for why I do not have my money.

All other reviews have been resolved and the customers have received their money back. Also bare in mind that not everyone is working normal hours.
