Karibaa.com, what a mistake

I placed an order online with Karibaa 13 Nov 2021. I received an order confirmation but now it’s 10 days later and still no update on my order. I tried to call but can’t get hold of anyone, emailed but no response… all I need is an update… Online shopping is the future, but Karibaa doesn’t seem to be keeping up with other online stores.
