Karibaa stole my money with their empty promise

I am very dissapointed in karibaa i ordered books on 28-03-2023 i paid R1648.00, they confirmed they received my payment and gave me order number #*** and promisef to dekiver within 25-30 days but nothing they dont even reply to emails or calls and i need my money i dont need their service anymore i dont know what to do i am very dissapointed this is crime
