Karibaa refunds somehow do not happen - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I placed an order with Karibaa on 1 November (order ***), and paid with my credit card via PayPal, in the amount of R456 including delivery. Karibaa cancelled the order the next day, when they realised they could not supply the items as ordered. They did not however process the refund. Now I have been bounced between PayPal and Karibaa, and I still do not have my money back. Karibaa has promised to refund me and I provided my banking details, but of course they have now gone quiet on me and have stopped responding to my mails. I would never use this company again, and would urge everybody else to be VERY careful in dealing with them.
