Karibaa refund : hassle to get back

I ordered an item a month ago under order number ***. I never received any communication from them to acknowledge payment. Only after having complained on hello Peter they mailed to say they don’t have stock. I furnished them with banking details for a refund and agin I have heard nothing from them. I want my refund of R890 back.
