Karibaa Poor Service

I purchased items online on 4 Sept 2020 from Karibaa with a 15 day delivery time specified. I was notified on the 12 Oct 2020 (6 weeks) that there was no stock and I cancelled my order and requested a refund numerous times which I was told, eventually, would be paid 26 Oct 2020, but it has not been refunded to date (3 weeks) Poor service delivery and communication and I would not ever use this site again
