karibaa online store is not a reliable online store

i ordered a set of bose neck speakers last year in march 2020 and to date the company have not delivered the speakers.i have paid them in full about +-R8799.00 for the speakers on their online store.very poor service and response from them.we now in april 2021 and i still dont have my speaker or a refund of my funds.the telephone number does not go through when you try and call them.
