Karibaa online (pathetic service )

I placed an Order online with Karibaa on the 11th of May 2022, On the 12th of May 2022 I received an email from Karibaa stating that the Item is no longer in stock. I then sent through multiple emails requesting for a refund but no response from Karibaa's support team. The number provided on their website does not go through when you try and contact them. Such pathetic service received
