Karibaa online disaster

I have placed an order for a book that was due for delivery in the week of 8 May 2023. I am still waiting. To date I have received NO feedback on my emails. When phoning you are always first in line to speak to consultant... yet no one answers. I see now their website is also down. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience. Please refund me now!
