Karibaa lousy business practice

I ordered an item on Feb 21st, only got a PayPal confirmation of payment. Nothing from Karibaa at all,and it appears that you need to receive an email from them with your order tracking number. Now the site is down and I can't deny check my order or communicate with the Karibaa team. What kind of business practice is this?
