Karibaa is useless

So I placed an order the end of March 2021. It was my first time ordering from Karibaa but decided to give them a try. I placed an order for a pink Swan kettle. 3 weeks had passed and I not received my order nor had Karibaa contacted me to let me know what's happening. I decided to email them to find out exactly what's happening. I was then informed that the kettle is no longer available and another color and brand is available. I didn't want anything else so I said it's not a problem I will just take a refund. We are now in June and I am still waiting. Do I seriously have to beg for my money back? Their service is pathetic. I will never order anything from them again
