Karibaa is legit

I was very upset customer but after few discussions with Libra i found where is the problem and i strongly believe they will improve on it. They are certainly legit and the products received are of good quality too. They do purchase the goods from overseas which takes longer then the stipulated by them time frames on their website which creates chaos and upset for their customers. The other problem is that it is not very clear while placing an order that the goods are imported and the orders we place with Karibaa they must still place with their supplier from overseas and the stock is not in SA while placing the order as customer. Last and not list not functioning call center system also creates distrust in Karibaa as a question are they legit or not (but yes they are legit and yes one does receive is goods)If they manage to improve on the above they will certainly have happy and satisfied customers which they can retain
