<div>I ordered three (3) items with Order Nr. *** on 11 October 2020. I paid R1,425.00 for Invoice Nr. ***. Only two (2) items totalling R918.00 were delivered on 15 October 2020. I sent a complaint regarding the outstanding item (Wild Growth Hair Oil) on 12 November 2020 Milon and Tebogo N including providing proof that only two (2) items were delivered. After countless e-mail exchanges with both of them, they communicated through Milon via e-mail on 7 December 2020, THAT ALL ITEMS I ORDERED HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND YET THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE ME PROOF OF THEIR CLAIM.</div>
