Horrible experience..

I placed an order on the 10th Feb, and still, no plans about where my textbooks are.. I am writing exams in may, and I need them... When you call, they don't answer.. a robot response to emails... I tried asking for a refund, no answer.. this is theft... How do we get the police involved..
