Karibaa has ****med me out of a jump rope and will not return payment for an undelivered item

Please do not order from Karibaa. We ordered a jump rope on Nov. 13th and after realizing that we were not going to get our order we have requested a full refund. After communicating with staff at Karibaa, a full refund was promised. We still have not received anything after numerous attempts. Please do not order anything from Karibaa!
