Karibaa has not refunded me in 2.5 months

I ordered a DVD set in September. Karibaa took the money and only told me two days later that they had no stock. They promised to refund. I emailed them over and over to request my refund. They told me the refund was paid on 30 September through pay gate and I needed to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they said there is no such. I have not received my refund of R660 to this day. My emails are not being answered either.
