Karibaa e-Commerce scale

I placed an order on the 12th of Agust 2020 for just under R3000 for a specific item, paid got all the emails from them with my invoice and order number. On the 14th I get an email with ETA saying my order will be dispatched be in the week of 24-31 August. I was a bit negative as this is a product stated as in stock!!!! But thought high volumes ......... blablabla....... On the 28th Aug I went to the online chat and got the most snottiest reply I ever saw from Julianna......."It will ship in the week of 24-31 August and I will get an email." Julianna I now suspect is just a pre-programmed chatbot. None of the phone numbers actually work. Message them on Facebook and were promised a call back within a few minutes........Okay, they did not state from when the few minutes start. A company based in SA with a product stated as in stock cannot be delivered.

Their web-site T&Cs are therefor lies where they state, and I quote "Delivery takes place within 5 to 21 working days after payment being received, however we normally ship within 10 working days after."
