Karibaa doesn't communicate and doesn't deliver

I ordered two books two months ago. I was informed that the books got damaged in the container and that they will order them again with ETA 8 May. I have followed up but they don't respond to emails and phone calls don't get answered. I requested now a refund but no response. This company doesn't communicate with customers, I wonder if it is still in business???
