Karibaa did not refund me for out of stock item nor have their delivered some of items ordered.

<div>In August 2021 i made a purchase with Karibaa On 23 August 2021 i received an email from sales saying the stroller i ordered is out of stock and i must provide my banking details and will be refunded within 10-14 business days. I sent my banking details on 23 August, but to date i have not received my refund. I no longer receive responses to my follow up emails and their call centre number does not work. Further, i have still not received items i ordered in October 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
