Karibaa definite no-no for me

I have ordered a product through the above company-which is also affiliated to Manicaa. This was more than 2 months ago The order was cancelled But no refund done I have phoned in over 10 times-letting it ring till it actually stops The once a non-English speaking lady answered-she said she was the only person there and couldn’t answer my query I have sent over 200 e-mails The most I have gotten in reply-an agent will contact you within 48hours And yet here I am still waiting And over R1600 out of pocket..
