Inadequate

I ordered from them at the beginning of January, my order was supposed to ship on the week of the 30th January. I have received no emails since the one stating that they would ship in that week. The phoneline drops your calls before actually speaking to a person. I have sent multiple emails, first asking for status and then for them to please cancel said order and refund me the amount. To date no reply, for any of the emails. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything through this site, due to no way to contact them and a major lag in their communication with their customers and their inability to have delivered my item timeously.
