Haven't received order

I ordered at the end of December and got a mail that it would be sent the week of 23rd January, I haven't heard anything from them since. I have been emailing them but still waiting for them to respond. So disappointed in this company Karibaa/Manicaa I will have to keep on giving bad reviews until my order arrives.
