Great customer service!

I saw quite a few negative reviews of Karibaa before placing an order with them, but they were the only place that advertised the book I needed, so I decided to place an order with them. The book arrived in good time and when it turned out to be the wrong edition, Karibaa arranged to retrieve it and made efforts to source the correct edition. When they couldn't, they processed my refund very quickly. Overall, I appreciated their customer service and would order with them again.
