Goods not received

Hi. I jus want my money back. I ordered something months ago and the number is not reachable. I got an email saying it's delayed for this week but I still didn't get it. I don't have the money to jus go buy this from somewhere else. I need the item or the money. Wteva the issue is... I need help. Please.
