Extremely bad service and still waiting on refund since 2021

I ordered a product, in 2021, that was no longer available in South Africa. At some point in 2022 when I realized I was not going to receive the product I requested a refund. Multiple emails later - with no replies and when I got a reply its " we'll check on your refund". Regrettably this transaction is now a *****ently case as I paid several hundred rands for my product and have not received product or refund to date.
