Extremely bad service
On the 1 October 2020 I ordered 60 x Rayovac Extra Mercury Free Hearing Aid Batteries size 312 for the price of R585.00 including VAT and delivery. I was called finally on Friday the 30th October 2020 and asked if I would be satisfied to receive Camelion Batteries which is 10 in a pack. I told the lady as long it has the same battery life it should be OK. Today the 3rd of November 2020 I received a parcel from Karibaa. There was only one pack of batteries containing 10. This means to say I am paying R58.00 per battery. This is a rip-off! I complained and received a mail back stating that I did agree to 6 batteries and got 10

I ordered 60 x Rayovac size 312 batteries for the price of 585.00 including VAT and delivery and received
10 x Camelion Batteries AG3 size 284/292 for the same price? Why would I pay so much for 10 batteries, I can get them from Takealot for R59 per pack.
In my emails with Karibaa, I requested the collect the incorrect goods and refund me. which was agreed. The parcel is still in our reception waiting to be collected and I have not received my refund.
I was then asked if I want the refund or the goods, and I rep**** if they send me the correct goods it would be great, and i have heard nothing further.
