Except for an item being incorrectly labelled as in stock, when it was not, overall great service

After ordering my product and communicating with the sales department, I received replies within 48 hours. Due to the product being out of stock, they had to refund me. I received a full refund within 2 weeks. My rating is based on the quick email responses and refund, but that the situation could have been avoided if the website was updated from the beginning stating that the item was out of stock.
