Dreadful Experience

Dreadful experience. Ordered 4th October 2021 - had an email to say item would be delivered week commencing 1st November 2021 ..still waiting ...requested a refund today, received an email saying to be patient !! and a refund will take up to 2 months to process !!...Why so long ??
