Does Karibaa use Robots for Customer Service?

Order ***. This order has ben outstanding for over a month. Karibaa has written an e mail to promise delivery on certain dates two weeks back and they did not. I saw their response to my earlier review and call them and was spoken to by a lady called Marlan who promised to call back within an hour. She did not. Subsequent attempts to call the same number were futile. As things stand I am at their mercy. They do not call and if followed up they find a way to postpone the conversation by making promises of future conversations. Its not fair to take customers money then treat them with so much disregard and unfairness. Right now I do not know if the names they give are real David Marlan or whoever do these names belong to employees of Karibaa and if they really do why do these people offer atrocious customer service and attach their real names to it?
