DO NOT USE KARIBAA!!!
I placed an order online at www.karibaa.com on the 1st June after looking at reviews on trust pilot. They were the only place advertising a panasonic bread maker which I was desperate to buy for my mom-in-laws 70th birthday present. I took a picture of the order confirmation on my phone, which I always do as back up. Still have not received a confirmation email from them and it's the 11th today.
I have tried calling their customer service number and no one picks up, just a very badly recorded voice recording. I have emailed 3 times to the customer service email address and no response.
They have R4500 of mine and I don't know what to do next!

13 Jun 2019, 12:58I have since received a call from Karibaa who have assured me that my order is on the way and will be arriving on the 18th June. They have apologised for their lack of communication and I am happy with their apology. They are a new business and going through some teething problems. I will update this further once I have received my purchase.

21 Jun 2019, 10:33I received my product in on the 18th of June and a whatsapp to apologise for the delay. I am really pleased they came through in the end as this product was not available anywhere else!
