DO NOT ORDER FROM KARIBAA.COM

I placed an order on the 27th May for which I received no details of expected delivery. I received an email stating the item is OUT OF STOCK.

I keep emailing asking when I expect a refund but I get no reply whatsoever. They provide a telephone number which they never answer, not by calling nor by sending an SMS. They provide an email address that you get automated replies from or no replies at all. I am waiting for ANY form of answer from them!!! They seem to be using COVID as an excuse not to refund nor deliver the product !
