DO NOT BUY FROM KARIBAA

I placed an order on the 12.01.2023 and made payment, my order was confirmed on the 16.01.2023 as I received am email stating they received my payment. My order number was ***. On the 16.01.2023, I received an email from Karibaa stating my order was out of stock and the email mentioned I will get a refund within 7 working days. The email requested my banking details to which I submitted the same day(16.01.2023). On the 24.02.2023, I received an email from Karibaa stating they are sorry I have not yet received my refund. I have tried to call and email since then with no luck. Karibaa stole R627.00 from me. DO NOT BUY FROM KARIBAA, they are worst.
