Difficulties with the Karibaa.com website

The website Karibaa.com is totally unresponsive, at times doesn't even open. I finally looked up their contact details online. Customercare at Karibaa responded to my email within 24hrs,and my package was delivered within 48hrs. Total contrast to my struggles from Feb 21 to Mar 8 when I couldn't get any response whatsoever from the online chat on the website, or any info on how to track the order.
