DEFECTIVE JUNK!

I ordered a humidifier through Karibaa. It took a long time to arrive. After it arrived I opened it and tried it out. The box / packaging for the product looked second hand. I found the top of the humidifier was cracked and it looked used. When I tried to use it the bottom leaked water everywhere. This is a junk defective product. I have written to Karibaa but I have no idea of whether they will give me a refund as the other reviews here imply that they are not a good company.
