Customer service.
I received similar poor service from Karibaa as noted by other reviewers. But then Jonnie from Customer Services made contact with me and sorted all my problems out, very professional and very quickly. I am now a happy customer. Thank you Jonnie - if this is to be the new level of service that will be delivered from Karibaa, the future looks great.
