Communication is terrible

We received our order in good condition withing 30 workings days but to get these people to answer a phone is a near impossible task.

They don't answer phones and the address listed on their website is incorrect. We drove their and found a different company and I think it happens often because when we stopped at the gate the security guard knew exactly who we were looking for without us having to say a word.
